A new Nature Cancer study tests an AI system that highlights evidence for six types of immune-related adverse events, helping staff review the records. In a randomized crossover study with **17 clinical research staff**, assistance cut annotation time by about **2.7 minutes per note**, with improvements in accuracy and agreement. A separate three-month silent deployment tested performance on incoming notes. This is evidence for **assisted record review**.
