A task manager can become another task. 3 & Done, by developer dmayle, starts with a different goal: take a messy list, pick three things for today, and explain why they came first.

The public demo lets you try that triage without creating an account. The full service sends a daily email; you can change the choices yourself. Its creator used AI to help build it and uses Anthropic models for ranking, with test task lists to catch changes that make the suggestions worse.

Its explanations can still misread dates or priorities, and your own choices remain important. Task text goes to an external AI service to be ranked. The ongoing product is paid; the linked ranking demo can be tried separately.
