Felucca online synthesizer: play an AI-assisted instrument
Switch it on, play the keys, turn a knob. Felucca's browser version lets you try the musical instrument without owning its hardware counterpart.
Leo Kuroshita of Hügelton Instruments makes this alternative firmware for the M-VAVE FM-1. The browser demo runs a WebAssembly build of the firmware, with several sound engines, effects and a sequencer. Version 1.6.1 arrived on October 14.
The AI contribution is specific: coding agents help with code, tests, documentation and maintenance. The creator credits people with the instrument's design and sound direction, and says generative AI is not used for its music or artwork.
